Job description
Job Summary
The Quality Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet defined quality standards and specifications. This position involves conducting inspections, tests, and evaluations to verify compliance with quality requirements before products are released for distribution.
Responsibilities
- Perform visual and functional inspections on incoming materials and finished goods.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assessments.
- Identify non-conformities and report issues to the relevant teams.
- Assist in implementing corrective actions and process improvements to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in quality control are a plus.
- Proven experience in quality inspection or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with quality standards and inspection methods.
