Job Summary
The Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist I is an entry-level position within the Quality Assurance (QA) department. The role focuses on supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management processes to ensure compliance with both regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks. The specialist will assist in various quality initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of quality audits to ensure adherence to QMS standards.
- Support the documentation and control of quality management processes.
- Help identify and resolve non-conformance issues within the QMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality awareness.
- Participate in the continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, engineering, or quality management.
- Understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
