Job Summary
The Quality Technician plays a pivotal role in supporting engineering operations by ensuring adherence to quality standards. This position involves conducting investigations related to instances of nonconformance as well as identifying issues with process compliance. Additionally, the technician is engaged in product disposition, overseeing change management processes, and analyzing laboratory samples.
Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations into nonconformance and process compliance issues.
- Assist in the product disposition process and manage change effectively.
- Perform laboratory analysis of samples to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
