The Quality Technician is responsible for daily production support, including process monitoring, data collection, and implementing quality improvements. They also perform audits, final inspections, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve nonconforming material issues. Candidates must have an associate degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of root cause analysis tools like fishbone and 5 Whys are required.
