They are responsible for standing up production lines at contract manufacturers and ensuring high-volume output through process optimization and bottleneck resolution. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and possess at least 6 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Proven expertise in managing contract manufacturer relationships and applying lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is required.
