**Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)**
Deliver hands-on care to residents as per physician directives and ensure precise documentation of medical records. Support residents with essential daily activities including toileting, bathing, and personal grooming, while also keeping track of their vital signs. Candidates should have prior experience in long-term care and possess a caring and empathetic demeanor. Holding a Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the State of Illinois is advantageous.
