**Job Title: Family Based Therapist**
The Family Based Therapist delivers comprehensive community-driven therapy and counseling services aimed at enhancing mental health for children and their families, while also working to avert out-of-home placements. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, this role involves orchestrating family therapy sessions, providing parental guidance, and offering crisis intervention, all while establishing vital connections to community resources. Applicants need to possess a Master’s degree in a relevant human services discipline and should have a minimum of two years of experience with children and adolescents in a CASSP program. A current Pennsylvania driver’s license and dependable transportation are essential for traveling to clients’ residences.
