Job Summary
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for executing standard x-ray procedures and ensuring that all equipment adheres to safety standards. This position also involves offering medical assistance by supporting patient evaluations, conducting drug tests, and engaging in diverse clinical tasks under the direction of a supervising clinician.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine x-ray examinations.
- Maintain and ensure the safety of radiologic equipment.
- Assist with patient physical assessments.
- Conduct drug testing as required.
- Support various clinical procedures under clinician supervision.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Active certification from the ARRT.
- A minimum of six months of experience as a medical assistant.
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
