Job description
**R&D Associate**
The R&D Associate is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the laboratory, executing nutrient research experiments, and analyzing data to aid in product development. This role involves collaborating with manufacturing and quality control teams to maintain scientific accuracy and compliance with product standards. Qualified applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in horticulture, agriculture, chemistry, or a comparable scientific discipline. A minimum of two years of experience in a laboratory environment, particularly within the fertilizer, horticulture, or agriculture sectors, is highly desirable.
