**Senior Chemist**
The Senior Chemist plays a vital role in advancing product innovation in the automotive sector, with a particular emphasis on the formulation of toners intended for vehicle refinishing applications. Key responsibilities encompass the oversight of confidential information and the maintenance of safe and secure company practices. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in coatings formulation, particularly with waterborne systems. Candidates must also demonstrate strong data analysis skills and have the ability to accurately distinguish colors for paint tinting purposes.
