**Job Title: Readiness Coordinator**
The Readiness Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring training pipelines across seven component commands of NSWG-1, while also overseeing logistics and support for ground mobility operations. This position entails maintaining training portals, coordinating student travel through DTS, and managing budget tracking for various training initiatives. Ideal candidates should have over 10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to supporting NSW/SOF operations, and must hold an active SECRET security clearance. Expertise in military training systems such as CeTARS, CANTRAC, and DTS is essential, along with a solid background in logistics and budget oversight.
