Build and grow an independent real estate business, guiding buyers and sellers through marketing and property purchases while following internal protocols. Stay informed about the market and participate in the required training, classes, accountability groups, and coaching sessions. Candidates must pursue real estate as a full-time career and have an active Washington real estate license or expect to complete the required real estate course within 60 days. The role requires a commitment of 15 or more hours per week to training and participation in the program.
