Job description
**Receiving Team Leader**
The Receiving Team Leader is responsible for managing the smooth functioning of the receiving area, focusing on freight management, inventory upkeep, and handling of damaged merchandise. This position also involves supervising team members, maintaining safety protocols, and stepping in as the Manager on Duty when necessary. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and bring a minimum of 6 months of experience in a medium to large retail setting. The position demands physical endurance for lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, along with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
