Job description
In this role, you will engage in virtual consultations with clients to clarify insurance benefits, respond to inquiries, and support them through the enrollment procedures. You will also be responsible for keeping precise digital documentation and delivering continuous assistance to foster a positive experience for clients. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old, reside within the United States, and have a dependable computer with high-speed internet access. Additionally, you must be prepared to acquire a state Life & Health Insurance License and fulfill all mandatory virtual training requirements.
