Job description
The Senior Director will guide the platform engineering team by mentoring team members and spearheading strategic efforts throughout the organization. This role entails overseeing performance, eliminating obstacles within the organization, and ensuring compliance with risk management protocols. Applicants should possess 11-15 years of experience in leadership as well as practical expertise in platform engineering or similar fields. A bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is necessary, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
