**Job Title: Receiving Team Leader**
The Receiving Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the receiving department, managing freight flow, overseeing inventory control, and handling damaged merchandise. This role involves supervising team members, upholding safety protocols, and serving as the Manager on Duty for store operations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a mid- to large-scale retail setting. The position also necessitates physical strength to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, along with the adaptability to work during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
