Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle, which encompasses the sourcing, evaluation, and presentation of suitable candidates to hiring managers. This role also involves serving as a consultative advisor, offering insights and strategies based on market intelligence to effectively address workforce requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the specified qualifications.
- Provide hiring managers with qualified candidates for various roles.
- Act as a strategic advisor, delivering data-driven talent acquisition strategies.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to guide recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, especially in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work onsite five days a week at specified locations in Texas, Utah, or California.
- Strong consultative skills and the capacity to develop talent strategies based on market data.
