**Job Title: Housekeeper**
The Housekeeper will carry out regular and thorough cleaning of resident apartments, communal spaces, and support facilities to uphold quality standards. Responsibilities include managing laundry services, disposing of waste, and notifying the management team about any maintenance concerns or safety hazards. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate excellent organizational abilities along with strong customer service skills. This position also necessitates the capacity to perform physical tasks, such as lifting items up to 50 lbs, and a genuine interest in working with senior residents.
