Job Summary
The Recruiting Manager oversees a regional recruiting team, acting as a strategic consultant for business executives to enhance workforce planning and recruitment strategies. This position merges direct involvement in full-cycle recruiting for pivotal roles with the guidance and development of a team of recruiters.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a regional recruiting POD.
- Collaborate with business leaders to shape workforce planning and hiring approaches.
- Engage in hands-on, full-cycle recruitment for critical positions.
- Provide coaching and direction to the recruiting team.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
- Proven expertise in proactive candidate sourcing and working with hiring managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Demonstrated skills in coaching and leading teams.
