Job description
**Employment Services Specialist**
The Employment Services Specialist assists individuals filing for unemployment by guiding them through reemployment services, evaluating their readiness for work, and creating customized plans for their return to the workforce. This role involves outreach efforts, scheduling and managing appointments, as well as maintaining precise records of participant progress in compliance with state regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of a high school diploma and have at least one year of experience in customer service, with an associate degree being advantageous. Essential skills include proficiency in data entry, excellent communication abilities, and a valid driver’s license from Ohio.
