Tellers play a crucial role in executing precise member transactions while delivering exceptional, solution-focused support to cultivate lasting relationships. They initiate consultative discussions to uncover financial needs and advocate for the use of digital self-service options. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED and have a minimum of one year’s experience in sales and customer service. Experience with cash handling and a background in financial services are highly desirable.
