The Referral Coordinator manages and facilitates patient referrals by coordinating authorizations and ensuring seamless communication between providers and patients. They are responsible for accurate data entry into electronic medical records and tracking referrals to ensure timely completion. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in referral management or care coordination. Medical assistant experience is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills and a person-centered approach.
