The Regional Coach plays a key role in enhancing the performance of the branch network by offering adaptable workshops and focused coaching for District Managers. This position centers on implementing management practices, advancing behavioral skills, and promoting affluent and small business initiatives throughout the region. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in business execution, strategic implementation, or planning. A robust understanding of bank branch operations, P&L metrics, along with the capability to coach and influence personnel at various levels, is essential.
