**Job Title: Regional Ecosystems Director**
The Regional Ecosystems Director oversees the initiative throughout eight key regions in California, focusing on crafting frameworks, tools, and collaborative models aimed at enhancing grassroots empowerment. This position is responsible for delivering technical support to foundational organizations and enabling cross-regional learning to build lasting movement infrastructure. Applicants should possess more than 10 years of experience in community organizing or developing movement infrastructure, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. A strong grasp of movement-building principles and well-established connections within California’s movement landscape are essential.
