The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will collaborate with leaders from around the world to create and implement HR strategies, ensuring adherence to global employment laws. This role involves overseeing intricate employee relations, workforce planning, and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness across international operations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of advanced HR experience with an emphasis on international operations and compliance across multiple countries. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline is essential, along with robust analytical capabilities and skills in managing stakeholders.
