Job description
**Regional Field Safety Specialist**
The Regional Field Safety Specialist is responsible for performing field safety audits, examining workplace incidents, and guaranteeing adherence to OSHA, FRA, and DOT regulations. This role involves collaborating with operations management to foster a culture of safety and provide safety training to field staff. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial safety and 3 years in field operations or leadership roles. A degree, either an Associate’s or Bachelor’s, in a relevant safety discipline is highly desirable, complemented by excellent communication and organizational abilities.
