The Regional Manager of Operations will provide operational oversight and support for a portfolio of specialty, emergency, and urgent care hospitals in the Mid-South region. They are responsible for driving financial performance, coaching hospital leadership, and ensuring consistent operational execution across all locations. Candidates must have at least 5 years of progressive veterinary hospital operations experience, including 2 years of multisite or senior-level management. A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is required, along with strong financial acumen and the ability to travel extensively.
