They will analyze recruitment data to identify trends and collaborate with business partners to meet staffing goals. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in recruiting or human resources, including 5 years of people leadership. Strong operational, data analysis, and communication skills are required for this role.
