The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in management within the retail or foodservice industries, with at least 2 years in a regional capacity. A strong aptitude for leadership, excellent analytical abilities, and a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time are essential for this role.
