Job description
**Job Title: Regional Manager**
The Regional Manager is responsible for supervising retail store operations, guiding store managers, and enhancing sales performance within the designated region. Key responsibilities include executing business strategies, ensuring high levels of customer service, and adhering to company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in management within the retail or foodservice industries, with at least 2 years in a regional capacity. A strong aptitude for leadership, excellent analytical abilities, and a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time are essential for this role.
