**Job Title: Regional Operations Manager**
The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for delivering strategic direction and operational management for front office teams operating in various outpatient physical therapy clinics. This position emphasizes enhancing scheduling efficiency, increasing patient accessibility, and fostering clinic performance through informed data analysis and team development. A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is highly desirable. Applicants should possess proven leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations as well as a comprehensive knowledge of clinical workflows.
