Job description
The Registered Behavior Technician executes treatment and behavior intervention strategies as outlined by a BCBA. They provide individual behavioral therapy and ensure precise documentation of each session. Applicants should have a High School Diploma and strong communication abilities. It is mandatory to complete the RBT Certification Exam within 60 days of employment and to keep CPR/First Aid certification up to date.
