Job description
As a Behavior Technician, you will engage directly with children diagnosed with autism, applying personalized behavior intervention strategies designed by a BCBA. Your responsibilities will include fostering communication and social skills while employing proven methods to minimize challenging behaviors. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED, and be capable of passing a background screening. Additionally, you should handle physical tasks like lifting weights up to 50 pounds and secure essential certifications such as CPR and RBT.
