Job description
In this role, you will collaborate individually with children diagnosed with autism to carry out tailored behavior intervention strategies, guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include fostering communication, social interaction, and daily living abilities while employing data-driven methods to minimize disruptive behaviors. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED, with the capacity to secure RBT certification. Physical requirements include the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and engage in movements such as bending, kneeling, and crouching.
