Job description
The Lead Server plays a key role in supporting the Culinary Director in the smooth operation of dining room services. This includes managing staff schedules, facilitating training, and upholding exceptional service standards. The Lead Server is tasked with ensuring the cleanliness of the dining area, adhering to safety measures, and building strong rapport with residents. Applicants should possess fluency in English, both written and spoken, and be able to comprehend and execute verbal and written instructions. A strong understanding of dining service protocols and effective supervision of team members are essential for success in this position.
