Job description
The Emergency Department RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinating patient care, overseeing admissions and discharges, and managing utilization to optimize patient flow. This role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate patient needs while ensuring adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements. Applicants must possess a valid RN license in Connecticut and have a minimum of three years of experience in acute care nursing. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and prior experience in an Emergency Department setting are highly desirable.
