**Job Title: Patient Flow Coordinator**
The Patient Flow Coordinator oversees the management of patient transfers and bed assignments, facilitating operations within the emergency room and trauma center. This role also entails securing prior authorizations and pre-determinations for both diagnostic and surgical services, ensuring appropriate reimbursement processes are followed. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, although an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of related customer service experience is necessary for this position.
