Applicants should possess a valid ServSafe Manager certification and have a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in culinary services. Moreover, a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare environment is necessary, with a preference for candidates who have experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities.
