Job description
The Registered Nurse provides care focused on both patients and their families while showcasing proficiency in essential competencies such as assessment, critical thinking, and technical abilities. The role includes upholding evidence-based best practices that ensure quality, safety, and service delivery with cultural sensitivity. Applicants must have an active RN license in Florida and at least seven months of experience in stepdown, IMCU, or Progressive Care. Furthermore, BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory, and candidates should possess either an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
