Job description
Provide customized occupational therapy services in clients’ residences to enhance their independence and ensure safety. Responsibilities include completing clinical documentation, conducting assessments, and working alongside an interdisciplinary team to track patient progress. Applicants must hold an active Occupational Therapist or COTA license in Hawaii, along with a minimum of one year of clinical experience. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are also necessary for candidates.
