Job description
The DTA Program Supervisor oversees the daily functions of the adult day program, which includes supervising staff, facilitating training, and managing schedules. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety of participants, implementing Individual Support Plans (ISP) and behavior strategies, as well as adhering to DDD regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, along with at least one year in a supervisory role. A solid understanding of Arizona’s DDD services, behavior management techniques, and documentation practices is essential.
