**Assistant Nurse Manager**
The Assistant Nurse Manager plays a vital role in overseeing both administrative tasks and operational functions, while also delivering direct patient care and clinical assistance. This position involves leading nursing teams, driving initiatives for performance improvement, and ensuring the unit is prepared for regulatory inspections. Applicants should possess a current RN license, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is highly desirable. A minimum of two years of nursing experience is preferred, with at least one year in a relevant acuity setting, along with experience in a charge nurse or management position.
