**Job Title: Public Safety Officer**
The Public Safety Officer is responsible for delivering unarmed security services aimed at safeguarding hospital patients, visitors, staff, and property. Key duties involve monitoring and patrolling the premises, overseeing traffic flow, responding to service requests, and maintaining thorough documentation of incidents. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED along with a minimum of one year of experience in a customer-oriented role. Additionally, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and an Illinois Firearm Owner’s Identification Card are mandatory for this position.
