Job Title: Family Support Specialist
Deliver empathetic and professional assistance to families through phone and chat, all while handling administrative duties and care plan management. Engage in research to link users with vital resources and ensure the upkeep of internal knowledge repositories. This position demands outstanding communication abilities, a high level of empathy, and the capacity to work autonomously during designated overnight shifts. Previous experience in customer service, counseling, or similar support roles is advantageous, as is proficiency with digital tools.
