**Job Title: Registered Nurse Resident**
The Registered Nurse Resident is responsible for delivering tailored, high-quality patient care while engaging in a 12-month residency initiative designed to facilitate the shift into professional nursing practice. This role entails working closely with a team of diverse healthcare professionals to guarantee safe patient outcomes while adhering to established care standards and ethical guidelines within the unit. Eligible candidates should possess a diploma from an accredited nursing program or a degree from a recognized nursing school, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Applicants need to have less than one year of nursing experience and must hold a current Registered Nurse license.
