**Residential Program Manager**
The Residential Program Manager is responsible for directing both clinical and administrative functions within a residential facility catering to adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on ensuring health, safety, and optimal care quality. Key duties include overseeing staff, managing budgetary considerations, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, and promoting individualized treatment plans. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in human services and in supervisory positions, as well as a High School Diploma or GED. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, and candidates will need to acquire specific certifications from Massachusetts after being hired.
