**Surgical Technician**
The Surgical Technician plays a critical role in delivering technical support and ensuring a sterile environment per departmental guidelines. This position involves the organization and preparation of surgical instruments, sutures, and equipment necessary for surgical procedures. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an associate degree in a healthcare-related field. Candidates must have a minimum of six months to one year of experience in a surgical environment and hold a valid BLS certification.
