The Registrar plays a vital role in enhancing patient care by meticulously gathering and confirming demographic and insurance details during both face-to-face and phone communications. This position involves overseeing patient appointments, obtaining required authorizations, and upholding well-organized medical records, all while delivering outstanding customer service. Ideal candidates will possess 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, including roles such as patient registration or medical office scheduling. A background in medical office administration through post-secondary education or training is highly desirable.
