**Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist**
The clinical pharmacist plays a pivotal role within a specialized healthcare team, focusing on the optimization of medication therapy and the enhancement of patient safety through vigilant medication monitoring and error prevention strategies. Responsibilities include engaging in interdisciplinary rounds, educating patients, and managing medication therapies aligned with institutional protocols. Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree and a valid Tennessee pharmacist license, along with a minimum of one year of pertinent clinical experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed an ASHP-accredited PGY1 or PGY2 residency in internal medicine.
