Job description
The Registration Specialist plays a crucial role in the precise input of patient information from laboratory requests into the Laboratory Information System. This position also involves engaging in quality assurance initiatives and maintaining adherence to HIPAA and Medicare standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with strong data entry skills. While prior experience in specimen processing is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
