Job description
The General Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the hotel’s success by focusing on guest satisfaction, financial outcomes, and upholding brand standards. This position involves leading a team of property associates, overseeing daily operations, and fostering an environment where the property is recognized as an outstanding place to work. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in hospitality management and hold a valid driver’s license. A two-year degree is strongly preferred, along with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
